Moscow Mule /Tennessee Mule/Dragon Mule

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka/Tennessee Tailgate Orange Vodka/Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

.5 oz. Lime Juice

2-4 oz. Ginger Beer (we use Fever Tree)

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add vodka or whiskey, lime juice. Stir. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime/orange.

 

 

Jackson Ave Gimlet

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin

.75 oz. Lime Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add gin and cordial. Stir. Garnish with lime. 

 

 

 

Heirloom Sour

1.5 oz. KWW Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

2 oz. Lemon Cordial

1 oz. Lime Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add whiskey, cordials. Stir. Garnish with lemon twist.  

 

 

Gin Cider

1.5 oz. Jackson Ave Gin

3 oz. Apple Cider

3 oz. Lime Cordial

Dash of Orange Bitters

Splash Orange Juice

    

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add gin, cider, orange juice. Stir. Top with bitters. Garnish     with orange peel.

 

 

Honey Apple Fizz

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

3 oz. Apple Cider

.5 oz. Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Lime Juice

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add vodka, cider, Fleur de Vie, and lime juice. Stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick. 

 

 

Jackson 75

1.5 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

.75 oz. Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Lemon Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add MCP Gin, Fleur de Vie, and lemon cordial. Stir. Top with Club Soda. 

 

 

Fleur de Tiki

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

1.5 oz. Fleur de Vie

1 oz. Lime Cordial

1 oz. Cream of Coconut

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add vodka, Fleur de Vie, and lime cordial. Stir. Top with Club Soda.  

 

 

Cold City Sombrero

1.5 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

2-4 oz. Heavy Cream

 Combine over ice. Stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

 

 

Cranberry Winter Mule

1.5 oz. Tennesse Valley Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

Top with Cranberry Juice

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add TV Vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice. Garnish with frozen cranberry.

 

 

Mocha Martini

1 oz. Tennesse Valley Vodka

1 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

1.5 oz. Creme de Cacao

2 oz. Cold Espresso

1 oz. Heavy Cream

 

Pour ingredients into shaker. Shake Well. Strain into Martini Glass. Garnish with Cinnamon.

 

 

Santa's Sombrero

1 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

2-4 oz. Heavy Cream

 

Pour over ice. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg, and mini candy cane.

 

 

 

Cranberry Gimlet

1.5 oz. Tennesse Valley Vodka

.75 oz. Lime Cordial

Splash of Cranberry Juice

 

 

Pour over ice. Garnish with Cranberry.

 

 

Summer Blossom

1.5 oz. Tennesse Valley Vodka

3 oz. Peach or Mango Nectar

.5 oz. Fleur de Vie

.75 oz. Lime Juice

1 tsp. of Honey

 

Pour over ice. Top with Club Soda

 

 

 

 

Heirloom Colada

1.5 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

.5 oz. Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Coco Loco

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Squeeze of Lime

 

Pour into shaker. Shake well. Strain over ice. Garnish with lemon/lime wedge. 

 

 

 

 

White Dog Sour (makes 3-4 cocktails)

7 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

2 oz. Lemon Juice

3 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Egg Whites

 

**Combine all ingredients (except lemon juice) in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) vigorously for a few moments. Add ice and lemon juice. Shake again for about 15 seconds. Strain into glass. Add a splash of club soda to enhance frothy top. 

 

 

 

 

Bee's Knees

2 oz. Dry Gap Gin

.5 oz. Honey Syrup*

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp. Granulated Sugar

2-3 Fresh Sage Leaves

 

 

Muddle sage and sugar in cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, syrup, and lemon juice, shake, strain, and serve. Garnish with sage leaf.

 

 

 

 

Butterscotchie

1/4 oz. Butterscotch Syrup*

1 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

2 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liquer

1 1/2 oz. heavy cream

 

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. Top with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup.

 

 

 

 

 

Blood Orange Bloom

1.5 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice

 

Combine ingredients in glass with ice. Top with Fresca. (We use original flavor)

 

 

 

 

Honey Syrup

Heat equal parts of honey and water until honey disolves. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Butterscotch Syrup

1/3 cup Heavy Cream

1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp. Vanilla

1 cup Butterscotch Chips

 

Heat cream, corn syrup, and salt in a medium saucepan until boiling point. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butterscotch chips. Rest for 5 minutes and whisk until smooth.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pom 75

1/4 oz. Fleur de Vie

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

3 oz. Pomegranate Juice

10-15 Pomegranate seeds for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. Garnish with seeds.

 

 

 

 

 

Cranberry Cider

1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 oz. Unfiltered Apple Cider

1.5 oz. Jackson Ave Gin

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. 

 

 

 

 

Rosemary & Rye

2 oz. Rye 95

1.5 oz. Maple Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

2 Rosemary leaves

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well, strain, and serve.

Garnish with Rosemary sprig

Johnny's Dragon

2 oz. Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

1 oz. Ginger Bear (non-alcoholic)

2 tsp. Apple Butter

Few drops aromatic bitters

 

Stir in glass with ice.

Peppermenth Patty

1 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

3/4 oz. Lime

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. 

Peppermint stick garnish

The Nutcracker

1.5 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

1.5 oz. Almond Liqueur

4 oz. Hot Chocolate

Top with Marshmallows and Christmas Sprinkles
