Moscow Mule /Tennessee Mule/Dragon Mule

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka/Tennessee Tailgate Orange Vodka/Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

.5 oz. Lime Juice

2-4 oz. Ginger Beer (we use Fever Tree)

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add vodka or whiskey, lime juice. Stir. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime/orange.

 

 

Jackson Ave Gimlet

 

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin

.75 oz. Lime Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. Stir. Garnish with lime. 

 

 

 

Heirloom Sour

 

1.5 oz. KWW Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

2 oz. Lemon Cordial

1 oz. Lime Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. Stir. Garnish with lemon twist.  

 

 

Festivity Fizz

 

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin or Marble City Pink Gin

..25 oz. Fleur de Vie

4 oz. Cranberry Juice

1/2 squeezed lime

Ginger Beer

​

Combine Gin, Fleur de Vie, and cranberry juice in shaker.  Shake and strain over ice. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with frozen sugared cranberry on a skewer.

Gin Cider

 

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin

3 oz. Apple Cider

3 oz. Lime Cordial

Dash of Orange Bitters

Splash Orange Juice

    

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. . Stir. Top with bitters. Garnish with orange peel.

 

 

Strawberry Lemonade

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

1.5 oz. Fresh Sour Mix

3-5 Strawberry Slices

dash of simple syrup

Top with Sprite

 

Combine Strawberries and simple syrup in shaker - muddle. Add vodka, sour, and ice. Shake and pour.  Top with Sprite

Cherry Lemonade

 

1.5 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

1 oz. Fresh Sour Mix

1 Bordeaux Cherry

1 slice of lime

Top with Sprite

 

Combine cherry & lime slice in shaker - muddle. Add gin, sour mix, and ice. Shake and pour into 9oz glass.  Top with Sprite

Honey Apple Fizz

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

3 oz. Apple Cider

.5 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Lime Juice

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. . Stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick. 

 

 

Jackson 75

 

1.5 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

.75 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Lemon Cordial

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. Stir. Top with Club Soda. 

 

 

Sour Flower

 

1 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

.25 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

1 oz. Fresh Sour Mix

1/2  Lime 

Top with Fresca

 

Combine vodka, fleur de vie, sour, and lime juice in shaker with ice.  Shake and pour into glass Top with Fresca.

Fleur de Tiki

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

1.5 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

1 oz. Lime Cordial

1 oz. Cream of Coconut

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients.  Stir. Top with Club Soda.  

 

 

Spring Spritzer

 

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin

.5 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

1 cucumber slice

1/2 squeezed lime

dash of simple syrup

2 mint leaves

Ginger Beer

 

Combine cucumber, mint, simple syrup & lime juice in shaker - muddle. Add gin, fleur de vie, and ice. Shake. Pour into 14oz glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint leaves

Bourbon Blues

 

1 oz. Silver Release Bourbon

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

3-5 blueberries

1/2 lemon squeezed

Top with Sprite

 

Combine blueberries & lemon juice in shaker - muddle. Add bourbon, pineapple juice, & ice. Shake. Pour into 9oz glass. Top with Sprite

Cranberry Winter Mule

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

Top with Cranberry Juice

 

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add ingredients. Garnish with frozen cranberry.

 

 

Mocha Martini

 

1 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

1 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

1.5 oz. Creme de Cacao

2 oz. Cold Espresso

1 oz. Heavy Cream

 

Pour ingredients into shaker. Shake Well. Strain into Martini Glass. Garnish with Cinnamon.

 

 

Santa's Sombrero (Cold City Sombrero)

 

1 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

2-4 oz. Heavy Cream

 

Pour over ice. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg, and mini candy cane.

 

 

 

Maple Old-Fashioned

 

1.5 oz. Three Rivers Maple Rum

Dash of Bitters

1/2 orange slice

1 Bordeaux cherry

1/2 packet of turbinado sugar

Soda water

 

Combine orange slice, cherry, sugar, & bitters in shaker-muddle. Add rum and ice. Strain over large ice rock in 9oz glass.

Top with splash of soda.    

Cranberry Gimlet

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

.75 oz. Lime Cordial

Splash of Cranberry Juice

 

Pour over ice. Garnish with Cranberry.

 

 

Summer Blossom

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

3 oz. Peach or Mango Nectar

.5 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.75 oz. Lime Juice

1 tsp. of Honey

 

Pour over ice. Top with Club Soda

 

 

 

 

DTL (Dragontail Lemonade)

 

1.5 oz. Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

3 oz. Lemonade

Pour over ice

SoKno Bordeaux

 

2 oz. Rye 95

.5 oz. Bordeaux cherry juice

1 Bordeaux cherry (muddled)

Pour over ice. Top with Ginger Ale

Heirloom Colada

 

1.5 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

.5 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Coco Loco

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Squeeze of Lime

 

Pour into shaker. Shake well. Strain over ice. Garnish with lemon/lime wedge.

White Dog Sour

                                                       (Large Batch Cocktail)

​

7 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

2 oz. Lemon Juice

3 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Egg Whites

 

**Combine all ingredients (except lemon juice) in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) vigorously for a few moments. Add ice and lemon juice. Shake again for about 15 seconds. Strain into glass. Add a splash of club soda to enhance frothy top. 

 

 

 

Bee's Knees

 

2 oz. Dry Gap Gin

.5 oz. Honey Syrup*

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp. Granulated Sugar

2-3 Fresh Sage Leaves

 

 

Muddle sage and sugar in cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, syrup, and lemon juice, shake, strain, and serve. Garnish with sage leaf.

 

 

 

 

Butterscotchie

 

1 oz.  Tennessee Valley Vodka

2 oz.  Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

.25 oz. Butterscotch Syrup*

1.5 oz.  heavy cream

 

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. Top with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup.

 

 

 

 

 

Honey Syrup

Heat equal parts of honey and water until honey disolves. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Butterscotch Syrup

1/3 cup Heavy Cream

1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp. Vanilla

1 cup Butterscotch Chips

 

Heat cream, corn syrup, and salt in a medium saucepan until boiling point. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butterscotch chips. Rest for 5 minutes and whisk until smooth.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PJ's Whiskeyrita

1.5 Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

2 oz Sour Mix

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 slice jalapeno

dash of simple syrup

 

Combine jalapeno & simple syrup in shaker - muddle. add whiskey, sour, pineapple juice, and ice. Shake. Pour into 14oz glass with or without salted rim. Garnish with jalapeno slice. 

Pom Spritz

 

1 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

.25 oz.  Fleur De Vie

1 oz. pomegranate juice

1/2 lime squeezed

Top with Sprite

​

Combine pink gin, fleur de vie, lime juice, pomegranate juice, & ice in shaker. Shake, - pour into 14oz glass.

Top with Sprite

Cranberry Cider

 

1.5 oz. KWW Jackson Ave Gin

.5 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 oz. Unfiltered Apple Cider

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. 

 

 

 

 

Blood Orange Bloom

1.5 oz. Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice

 

Combine ingredients in glass with ice. Top with Fresca. (We use original flavor)

 

 

 

 

Pom 75

 

1.5 oz. Tennessee Valley Vodka

.25 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

3 oz. Pomegranate Juice

10-15 Pomegranate seeds for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve. Garnish with seeds.

 

 

 

 

 

Rosemary & Rye

 

2 oz. Rye 95

1.5 oz. Maple Syrup

1 oz. Lemon Juice

2 Rosemary leaves

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well, strain, and serve.

Johnny's Dragon

 

2 oz. Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

1 oz. Ginger Beer (We like Fever Tree)

2 tsp. Apple Butter

Few drops aromatic bitters

 

Stir in glass with ice.

Peppermenth Patty

 

1 oz. Marble City Pink Gin

1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

.75 oz. Lime

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain, and serve.

1.5 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

1.5 oz. Almond Liqueur

4 oz. Hot Chocolate

KWW Bourbon & Sweet Cream

 

1.5 oz. KWW Silver Release Bourbon

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake of Nutmeg

2 oz. sweet cream coffee creamer

Nutmeg on top

Shake bourbon, simple syrup, nutmeg. Strain over ice. Slowly pour sweet cream into bourbon mixture while stirring. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Cinnamon Apple Spice

 

1 oz. Deals Gap Dragon Tail Whiskey

.5 oz. Cold City Old Brew Coffee Liqueur

4 oz. Hot Apple Cider

​

Mix ingredients, add ice.  Top with Whipped Cream and cinnamon sugar

Rosemary

Club Soda

​

Remove peel from orange slice and muddle orange slice with dash of bitters and club soda in cocktail glass. Add ice. Shake gin, maple syrup and pinch of rosemary.  Pour into glass and stir.

1 oz. Tennessee Tailgate Orange Vodka

.75 oz. Orange Juice

.25 oz. KWW Fleur de Vie

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Fresca

​

Shake all ingredients and strain into glass. Add ice and Fresca. Garnish with Orange slice.

Merry Mimosa

(Large Batch Cocktail - Great for TN Tailgate Parties)

20 oz.Tennessee Tailgate Orange Vodka

5 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 tsp Almond Extract

​

Mix above ingredients in large container. For each individual cocktail, use 2 oz. of above mixture. Add 3 oz. Sprite. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with orange sprinkles and orange slice.

9 oz..Old City Heirloom Corn Whiskey

9 oz. Pineapple Juice

3 oz. Orange liqueur or Orange Simple Syrup

3 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Lime Wedges

​

Mix ingredients in large container.

​

Rim: 

3 Tbsp smoked salt, 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper

​

Keep Refrigerated. Mixture will last a couple of weeks. Shake each serving and pour over ice into rimmed glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
